Key Industry Focus
I focus on areas that are part of everyday life and shape how people feel, present themselves, and relate to their social environment. From beauty and fashion to employee experience, these touchpoints influence daily decisions, where well designed improvements can create meaningful and lasting impact.

Beauty
My interest in the beauty industry comes from its strong link to everyday habits, self expression, and environmental impact. I believe natural beauty should be supported, not masked, and that products should enhance rather than overwhelm. The industry’s footprint, from ingredients to packaging, highlights the need for more responsible practices. I’m drawn to cosmetic packaging and how design influences perception and trust, as well as analysing ingredients and formulations evolve to become safer, more effective, and sustainable.

Fashion
The focus on the fashion industry comes from its strong influence on identity, culture, and everyday choices. What people wear shapes how they feel and present themselves, while also carrying significant environmental and social impact. The visual and creative dimension is particularly compelling, alongside the opportunity to improve materials, production processes, and transparency. This space offers clear potential to combine aesthetics with responsibility and support more conscious, long term consumer behaviour.

Employee Experience
Employee experience shapes how people feel, engage, and perform every day. It is built through workplace culture, daily interactions, and the way organisations are designed. I am interested in how responsible practices, inclusive environments, and thoughtful decisions support emotional wellbeing and positively influence people’s lives. When these elements are aligned, employee experience can reflect genuine care for people, strengthen trust, and support more conscious, long term choices that benefit both individuals and organisations.
